However, because of COVID-19 the ski resorts closed March 16. We hope you are doing well and we can't wait to see people filling the streets again in Park City!

We are conducting business, just not business as usual
Even before concerns of the corona virus hit the market, mortgage rates were down compared to a year ago, creating a more advantageous position for buyers. In the face of COVID-19, the greatest challenge facing the market is still the lack in inventory. Before the virus, the market was already competitive, but with more sellers deciding when to list given the circumstances, the gap is widening. COVID 19 Impacts Park City - These Restaurants are Open for Curbside Take-out
Our community joins many across the world in a unified effort to reduce the impacts of COVID-19. Summit County Health Deparmtent has determined that the closure of a wide variety of venues is critical to minimize further community spread. As a result, the county has prohibited all dine-in food service. Restaurants are permitted to offer take-out through curbside or drive-thru service.
We will we continue to monitor and support our area restaurants. Currently, the following restaurants will be offering curbside takeout service:
The Provo developer that plans to acquire the Park City Mountain Resort parking lots from Vail Resorts has planned three public open houses during March. PEG Companies concept for the development will be outlined in the open houses. Project representatives along with architects, traffic engineers, and contractors will be there on behalf of the developers. The open houses are as follows: March 9 from 5:30-7:30pm at Hyatt Place, March 18 5:30-7:30pm at the Rockwell Room (268 Main Street), and March 24 from 5:30-7:30pm at the Hyatt Place.
