We are still receiving great snow here in April, with more storms coming this weekend! 

We recently helped a buyer purchase one of the last remaining ski-in ski-out lots in Deer Valley, which sold close to list price.

This lot is .70 acre with easy ski access and great mountain views. The new owner has assembled a team of one of the top Architects and builders in Park City to design and build a home.

March came in like a Lion here in Park City and it is going out like a Lion!

We have had a number of days of amazing powder skiing with January quality snow this last week of March.

Deer Valley will be open for skiing until April 21. We are looking forward to more good skiing during the next 3 weeks!

Most people across the country are outside playing golf, pickleball, or planting gardens, but we are still skiing here in Utah!

We continue to get January quality snow at the end of March! March came in like a Lion, and left the month as a Lion!

It is mid-March and we are still getting January quality snow for some great powder days!
