This week our Deer Valley Specialist best buy is a ski-in, ski-out condo located at Stag Lodge in Deer Valley.  It just had a $398,000 price reduction making it by far the best value for a large four bedroom ski condo in Deer Valley.  This Stag Lodge condo commands big views from the ski runs at Flagstaff Mountain all the way out to Kimball Junction.  At night you can see the sparkling lights of Park City's Main Street and you get incredible sunset views.

Stag Lodge is known for it's amazing location at the crossroads of Success and Last Chance ski runs on Bald Eagle Mountain.  After a day on the slopes,  enjoy the many amenities available at Stag Lodge including Café 52, a private full service restaurant and bar, heated outdoor swimming pool,

It is no secret that the Epic and new Ikon ski passes are changing the game for Utah Resorts and their patrons.  The Epic Pass was introduced 10 years ago, and the Ikon Pass was just into effect this ski season.  The Epic Pass includes all the resorts under the Vail Umbrella, and Alterra Mountain’s Ikon Pass at a number of resorts across the world, including three in Utah.

It really has persuaded many skiers and boarders to get season passes and the ski industry sees that as a good thing.  More people are now able to afford to travel to other destinations to ski, going places they probably didn't plan on before these passes were offered.  Park City Resort under the umbrella of Vail and with Deer Valley Resort now under Alterra, it has certainly

The 2019 Sundance Film Festival kicks off today and so we thought it fitting to post tips for getting through it without being gobbled up by the chaos.  If done right Sundance Film Festival can be a great experience filled with memories and good times.  Park City Magazine published a great article detailing this check it out here: Tips for Surviving Sundance

One good thing about Sundance is nobody goes skiing so the slopes are pretty empty and which can make for some great skiing or boarding.  Also, after about next Wednesday things really do slow down and lots of the visitors leave town, so if you want to see movies or shows we recommend going after Wednesday the 30th, traffic will be much less around Park City.

Have a safe and fun Sundance Film

A recent article by thetravel.com lists 15 beautiful cities in the US to visit but only 9 of the 15 as not being overrated.  Park City made the list of the 9 cities worth the visit!  The article says Park City is an amazing city for those that enjoy outdoor activities, and we couldn't agree more! It goes on to say even if your aren't super into outdoorsy things, there is quaint Main Street with its cute shops,  après-ski bars, and fine dining restaurants.  You don't have to worry about hours of traffic in Park City and the drive from the Salt Lake International Airport is an easy 35 minutes.

Check out the full article here and come visit Park City soon!
