The 2019 First Quarter Park City and Heber Valley Market Report is out and it provides a great overview of the Summit and Wasatch County real estate markets. Prices did rise slightly in almost every area, including Park City Limits (this includes the Deer Valley area), Synderville Basin, Heber Valley, and East Summit County. Please remember that these areas are highly segmented, even though just a few miles apart, Deer Valley and Thaynes Canyons area vary greatly in price and what is available.
