Through their partnership with Extell, Deer Valley Resort will add over 3,700 acres of skiable terrain to the world-renowned ski resort located in the Wasatch Mountains in Park City, Utah. Skiers can preview the expansion and access existing Deer Valley from Deer Valley East Village this winter during the 2024/2025 season, with a grand opening of the majority of the new terrain slated for the 2025/2026 ski season. Deer Valley East Village will include an array of new ski lifts allowing skiers, hikers, and mountain bikers access to extensive terrain, both winter and summer.

Bannerwood Lot Ski in/out

We recently helped a buyer purchase one of the last remaining ski-in ski-out lots in Deer Valley, which sold close to list price.

This lot is .70 acre with easy ski access and great mountain views. The new owner has assembled a team of one of the top Architects and builders in Park City to design and build a home.

March came in like a Lion here in Park City and it is going out like a Lion!

We have had a number of days of amazing powder skiing with January quality snow this last week of March.

Deer Valley will be open for skiing until April 21. We are looking forward to more good skiing during the next 3 weeks!
