A new restaurant just opened on Park City's Main Street; Courchevel, A Talisker Club Bistro.  It is located within the historic Coal & Lumber building and features European-French inspired Cuisine from Talisker Executive Chef Clement Gelas.  Courchevel Bistro is all about inventive European-French cuisine prepared with only the freshest local ingredients.

"Sharing the culinary influences from my home country of France and Rhone Valley in a fresh and inventive manner is one of my greatest passions.  We're excited to craft modern adaptations that incorporate seasonal flavors from purveyors who share our commitment to sustainable and local ingredients." Clement Gelas, Executive Chef

Courchevel Bistro is open to the public, and adjacent to the Bistro will be a cafe/bakery with coffee and freshly baked breads, pastry and snack selections throughout the day, and transforms to a dessert cafe in the evening.  Talisker Club has applied to have the downstairs of the building to be a private club for Talisker Club members.

We got to sample the cuisine before it opened and it was amazing, we haven't had a true French restaurant in Park City for many years and it is needed.  It officially opened yesterday June 26th.
