Here are a few of the fun things happening this weekend in Park City. The weather is suppose to be great, so also a perfect time for a hike or bike ride with less people here now the kids are back in school!
Park City Film Series - The Park City Film Series will begin its 2018-2019 season this weekend! They are starting it off with a great film which premiered here in Park City at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival, "Won't You Be My Neighbor?" is a film about Fred Rodgers and his famous children's show, "Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood." Showtimes are Friday and Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 6pm at the Jim Santy Auditorium at the Park City Library.
"Oliver" - The Tony Award-winningg musical "Oliver" is performing at the Egyptian Theater on Main Street this weekend. Presented by the Ziefeld Theatre Company, the musical is based on Charles Dickens' classic novel "Oliver Twist." Performances are Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm and Sunday at 6pm. Sixth Annual Hike 4for Hunger - The Christian's Center annual Hike 4for Hunger will be held Saturday at Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge from 1:30-630pm. This event raises awareness about hunger issues while helping highlight the community’s efforts to achieve Zero Waste in Park City by diverting food to those in need. Food and Wine Pairing Class - Mountain Town Olive Oil located at 613 Main Street holds a food and wine pairing class on Saturday from 11am to 1pm. This weeks theme is A Night in Havana, and will feature Cuban sofrito, ropa vieja and more. The cost is $50 per person, and $15 extra for optional wine pairing. Call 435-649-1400 to RSVP.
