In a recent article on Bloomberg.com, they list the best places to own a vacation home in the U.S. and Summit Park came in at #1 and Heber came in at #7!  Summit Park -- the term for the micropolitan area, is actually part of Park City but Bloomberg only used micropolitan statistical areas which include one main urban center with a population of at least 10,000 but fewer than 50,000 people, at least one county and all designated hamlets, villages and townships.  Bloomberg used equally measured metrics of: vacation home stock, share of the workforce employed in real estate and recreation-related industries, home valuations and household income.

Heber and Summit Park were the only 2 in the top 20 located in Utah.  For information on either of these booming areas please contact us.
