Located on the west side of the Jordanelle Reservoir is a new master planned development situated just below the new Deer Valley East Village Resort at Deer Valley. With up to 180 condominiums and potentially 200 townhome residences this is a very large project spread across over 90 acres of land next to the reservoir. With a project of this size this will be released in multiple phases over the next few years. Phase one will consist of 34 townhomes for sale and 24 condos (two buildings) for sale in the initial release to the public. Nightly rentals will be allowed within the community, and these can make a great home for vacation condo owners or primary residence buyers to use for themselves or to rent out to short term tenants through the busy weeks throughout the year.
