One Empire Pass will not be a typical Park City resort hotel. One Empire Pass will be a small intimate building with each condo having private elevator access to their own residence. The 27 Empire Pass homes will have 10 feet high floor to ceiling window walls all designed around the breath-taking views of Deer Valley’s slopes, as well as Park City down valley views of Old Town. Residences at One Empire Pass will range from 1850 square feet to 3200 square feet with all bedrooms being “en suites.” The open air balconies will provide ample room for outdoor entertaining and the gourmet kitchens will make the fussiest chef proud.

The Empire Pass area is a master planned community of homes, condos, townhomes and home sites at the southern area of Deer Valley Resort, and is the newest addition to Deer Valley Real Estate. Empire Pass Deer Valley is comprised of 1,600 acres of open space, with only 525 residences available. Less than 10% of this pristine wilderness will ever be developed, and most properties in Empire Pass Deer Valley have direct ski access and include a Talisker Club membership with your purchase of any condo, home or home site in Empire Pass Deer Valley. The Talisker Club has an on mountain club with spa, pool, lounge, and kids cabin. They also offer a private 18 hole golf resort, Tuhaye, which is located 20 minutes from Empire Pass in Deer Valley.
