A Deer Valley Resort executive has confirmed that by the end of 2019 or early 2020 they intend to submit plans to City Hall for the initial work needed for the eventual development of the Snow Park Lodge parking lots. The first plans will be for the utilities and garage of the development, known as Snow Park Village. The original approval documents from the 1970s, allowed for 210 residential units, 21,000 square feet of commercial space, and another 20,000 square feet of commercial space designed to support the residences.
