Well it seems the secret is out, but if you have ever driven up to Kamas you most likely already know that the donuts at the Mirror Lake Station are very popular and extremely tasty. What looks like just a normal gas station from the outside is anything but once you get inside. The Mirror Lake Station makes from scratch donuts, bagels, turnovers, and croissants, and have been making assorted pastries for 40 years!
The owner decided to enter the Utah Dough Show, a convention for donut-lovers that took place in Salt Lake City this year. She submitted their raspberry fritter and won the best donut in Utah! Six judges from outside of Utah cast their vote and decided the winner. So, next time you are headed up to Kamas or the Uintas stop in and see how amazing their donuts are!
